Spaghetti Squash

Okay, my bestest introduced me to this stuff and now I'm hooked. Spaghetti squash, who would've thought! Once baked, you can run your fork through it and the meat comes out in spaghetti-like strings. It can take the place of pasta in any dish, or you can salt, pepper, and butter up that baby and you've got yourself a nice snack.

Cut in half length-wise, spoon out the insides and lay in a pan. Bake in oven at 375 degrees, cut side facing down, for an hour.

You'd be surprised at how much this thing packs, you'll be working on one for days!
